Position Overview:

Overall, this position requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies and integration concepts.

  • Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Cloud Applications Integration Solutions: You will be responsible for creating integration solutions that connect various cloud applications and services. This involves designing the architecture, building the necessary components, testing the integration thoroughly and deploying it to ensure seamless communication between systems.
  • Participate in Proof-of-Concept Development and Demos: You’ll work on creating proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of integration efforts.
  • Post-Deployment of Integration Efforts: After deploying integration solutions, you will provide support to address any issues that arise in the post-deployment phase.
  • Translate Business Process Requirements into Technical Specifications: You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Responsible for Architectural Documentation and Review: You’ll create documentation that outlines the architectural design of integration solutions. In addition, you’ll review the development of solutions based on the provided technical designs to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Alignment with Scope, Schedule, Priority, and Business Objectives: In this position, you’ll ensure the development activities are within the project’s scope, and schedule.
  • Establish Best Practices and Integration Standards: While working in a collaborative manner with other team members, help identify and define best practices and standards for services development and application integration.
  • Data Analysis and Integration Mapping: You’ll dive into the data structures of source and target systems to under how integration can provide value.

The Skills You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Degree - in Computer Science and 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • You should possess an intermediate level of knowledge of how a transaction flows within an ERP/CRM environment (e.g., what happens when a PO is created, whether it hits the GL, etc.). This type of experience may come from working within Sage Intacct (preferred) NetSuite or in an SAP environment.
  • Experience working with 3rd party API’s.
  • Communication skills -You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft requirements that are easy for multiple audiences to consume.
  • Problem-solving skills -You have excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to create structure and manage ambiguity.
  • Strong command of enterprise architecture concepts and enterprise integration design patterns.
  • Extensive experience translating business requirements to an effective integration solution.
  • Must be organized, able to work independently and in a team environment within a heavy deadline environment.
  • Participate in all aspects of software development including design, implementation, and deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience with building and maintaining distributed micro services; debugging & monitoring production environments.
  • Adhere to company standards and apply design principles and patterns to develop robust software.
  • Work with development methodologies, adhering to best practices.
  • Solve complex problems that combine existing solutions with new code where necessary.
  • Work in an Agile environment with autonomy and efficiency.
  • Out of the box thinker with strong leadership, planning, and organization skills Strong experience in Service Oriented Architecture concepts and practices.
  • Experience in the field of middleware frameworks like SOA, API, ETL and Web Services based integrations.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes required.

Our compensation structure is designed utilizing salary bands, which promote internal growth, personal development, and the ease of moving from one position to another. Salary bands are naturally large, because of the different types of roles that fall under a single band. Someone’s salary is dependent upon the level of experience they bring to the position $92,000 - $125,000 but could be higher based on the level of expertise and experience.
