Position Overview:

Overall, this position requires a combination of operational management, process efficiency, change management, project management and coordination. This position will work with our transformational clients guiding them through our transformational maturity model. Upon the initial onboarding of their financial system our transformational clients will continue to drive efficiencies into their organization through the adoption of connected technologies leveraging our unique informational flow designs. This position will guide them through this process.

  • Define Client Roadmap – You will work with our transformational clients on defining their short- and long-term technology and operational maturity roadmap based on our defined technology maturity model for select verticals. This roadmap will combine both the technology and operational changes needed to achieve a maturity step.
  • Plan and Run Transformation Client Status Meetings - You will perform transformation meetings with the client where you will discuss the status of the agreed upon steps to move the client forward on their short-term maturity goals. This includes determining and assisting the client by resolving barriers related to the execution of their goals.
  • Run Operational Transformational Meetings – You will run meetings with the operational teams of our transformational clients, working through process changes for personnel including activities, report monitoring, and others processes to align the operational teams with the transformational roadmap.
  • Transformational reporting – Work with transformational clients on the needed reports and dashboards to align their reporting with their transformational goals. This includes working with internal personnel on potential report and dashboard mockups.
  • Coordinate with Internal teams – Based on the transformational roadmap and current activities you will work with our various internal teams including sales, system onboarding and managed services across our various business lines to coordinate new projects or project status relation to transformational activities.

The Skills You'll Need to be Successful:

Base Operational Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Degree - in business related field or technical like accounting or engineering. An MBA or the like is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of operational experience driving teams and process efficiencies within an organization as a manager/supervisor. Experience in planning, execution and analysis phases of a job is preferred.
  • Experience in managing, influencing, coaching, and developing team members (clients) around standardized processes and desired outcomes.
  • Experience translating business requirements to an achievable plan and its effects throughout an organization (people, processes, and technology).
  • Comfortable understanding business informational flow between systems and departments.
  • Strong project management experience and solving barriers with the execution of the project.
  • You should possess an intermediate level of knowledge of operational execution step flows and management reporting experience.

Transformational Designer Role

  • Problem-solving skills -You have excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to create structure and manage ambiguity.
  • Experience in driving operational efficiencies through such programs as EOS, LEAN, Six Sigma or other programs to reduce costs while driving operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to assemble predesigned technology components to solve business needs with the ability to insert the solution into the maturity plan.
  • Ability to communicate with internal teams to validate understanding of technology tools available to solve client needs with a regard to budget and standardization.
  • Ability to obtain client buy in around designs and executional steps. Ability to guide client management on how to identify and remove barriers for the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams to align multiple delivery activities across different business lines including resolution of cross department challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of multiple projects at any given time and successfully deliver high-quality results.
  • Be an extremely effective communicator understanding the significance and appropriate use of various communication channels and tone based on circumstances and audience.
  • Serve as the Company Representative with clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from the introduction to long-term relationship building.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional resources to deliver results against defined timelines and client accounting business requirements.
  • Anticipate project risks and issues, confidently address all challenges, mitigate risks and issues and escalate to appropriate parties where required.
  • Facilitate project calls with client stakeholders on the project timeline and produce meeting summaries, including items discussed and action items for the clients and project team.
  • System Enhancements, update system setup as requested by the project manager, test and validate the updates, and obtain customer acceptance and signoff.
  • Review client provided data and work with client on any missing or inaccurate information.
  • Overview of team Chart of Account mapping efforts. Validation and Tieout of Financials post financial data

Our compensation structure is designed utilizing salary bands, which promote internal growth, personal development, and the ease of moving from one position to another. Salary bands are naturally large, because of the different types of roles that fall under a single band. Someone’s salary is dependent upon the level of experience they bring to the position $92,000 - $125,000 but could be higher based on the level of expertise and experience.
