About the Role:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients across various industries by customizing Salesforce systems to meet their unique needs. From conducting customizations in Salesforce, integrating third-party apps, and handling technical support, to managing data migrations and providing training, this role ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Package Installation & Configuration:

  • Install and configure our proprietary Salesforce packages to meet client requirements.
  • Customize Salesforce solutions using Flow for automation and basic configurations.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, metadata settings, and other system components to meet client requirements.

Client Collaboration:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients during implementations, gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide training and support for clients using the installed packages effectively.
  • Ensure clients are fully prepared for go-live and post-live processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide feedback and insights to the internal team on client experiences with the packages.
  • Suggest and document improvements to streamline installation, configuration, and usability.
  • System Optimization & Reporting:
  • Build and customize reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to optimize system functionality.

Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow with a foundational understanding of Apex, VF, and LWC to support and guide improvements.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification or equivalent experience (required).
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer I, Application Architect) preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with deploying and supporting proprietary Salesforce packages.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or other accounting systems is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to document and suggest meaningful improvements to enhance system packages.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and configuring Salesforce packages and workflows.
  • Proven ability to gather and incorporate client feedback to improve solutions.
