About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to join a small, dedicated team as an IFI Insights Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Project Manager and support staff to deliver high-quality results, drive internal process improvements, and effectively manage client expectations and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team environment across multiple projects, delivering accurate, high-quality results on time, while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Serve as an effective communicator, understanding when and how to leverage various resources and communication channels for clarity, efficiency, and impact.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet established timelines and project milestones.
- Proactively anticipate risks and issues, address challenges with confidence, and escalate when appropriate.
- Review client-provided data, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and partner with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee chart of accounts mapping efforts and validate financial data post-migration to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Manage workload independently in a remote work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Take initiative to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements, bringing a constructive and solutions-oriented mindset to team workflows.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role
- Handson experience with ERP system implementations
- Ideally 2+ years of experience combining accounting, analytics, client interaction, and/or systems implementation
