  • Provide Accounting and Sage Intacct support to clients using your understanding of accounting principles and cloud accounting/finance software.
  • Learn internal methods for supporting clients by understanding our designs as a way to maintain consistency for the clients you work with.
  • You’ll work with a portfolio of 10 to 30 customer accounts from a variety of industries that are small to mid-size organizations by assisting customers as they move through the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with C-level and other senior executives in your portfolio.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our accounting and system solutions. Work with customers by advising them about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Analyze the user engagement data and identify actionable insights or improvements.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls with the client to ensure things are on track and running smoothly.
  • You’ll act as the voice of the client and provide internal feedback on ways of better meeting the client’s needs.
  • Identify any system issues or future risks and work with managers to resolve them quickly.

Requirements & Skills Needed to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with accounting/finance software or in an accounting consulting environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft requirements that are easy for multiple audiences to consume.
  • A strong technical and accounting aptitude. Must be willing to constantly learn new things.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to create structure and manage ambiguity.
  • You have good business sense and can see the big picture. You can see how one event can impact and affect many others.
  • You have expertise in accounting and project management and have the ability to draw insights for complex and multiple moving parts.
  • You are excellent at planning and execution.
  • You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent attention to details and ability to influence others.

Please note, we operate within a salary band structure and salary bands are naturally large because they encompass many different positions. Employees are compensated based on their years of experience and skill level. $50,000 - $110,000.
